These terms of service govern the relationship between The Shin Shop and customers when purchasing goods through the online store in accordance with Czech laws, particularly Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

1. Select products and add them to cart
2. Fill in contact and delivery information
3. Choose shipping and payment method
4. Review and confirm order
5. Payment through Stripe payment gateway
6. Order confirmation via email

Important: The order is binding after successful payment completion. Prices are listed including VAT.

Shipping Methods:

• PPL: Delivery within 2-3 business days, price according to current rates
• Czech Post: Delivery within 3-5 business days, price according to current rates

Delivery Times:

• Standard products: 2-5 business days
• Personalized products: 7-14 business days

Shipping costs apply to all orders based on the selected delivery method.

Right of Withdrawal:

• Consumer has the right to withdraw from contract within 14 days without reason
• Period starts from receipt of goods
• Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging
• Exception: Personalized products cannot be returned

Warranty Claims:

• 24-month warranty on material and manufacturing defects
• Submit claims to: fotbalovechranice@email.cz
• Claims processed within 30 days

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are defective.

• Payments are processed through Stripe Payment Services
• Supported payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers
• Prices are listed in Czech Crowns (CZK) including VAT
• Payment must be completed before order shipment
• Failed payments will result in order cancellation
